City Water Systems Upgrade

Belview City Council and staff have waited a long time to get to this point. Finally, the plans are all approved, the financing is in place and the contracts are signed. The pre-construction meeting was held on September 19th. The Notice to Proceed was signed. Construction is set to begin around October 1st on the first phase of the project which is a water treatment facility and two new wells. The City Council also received very good news on the potential funding package for the second final phase of the project. As soon as the agreement is confirmed we will share the scope of work, funding package and time frame for the next portion of our project.
